Will it gum up?

I have had a problem with the humidity in my rack, it makes the calcium that I put in the worm bowl gum up. If I put it in a separate cap, will it still gum up?

If it is humid, yes. If it is not, no.

The worms, unless you're feeding them something with a lot of moister, will not be producing much more moister. You might be able to solve this by adding more ventilation holes, or reducing the size of the water bowl, or even making your humid hide a little less humid.

Good luck.
