wiring help for temp controller on a incubator

Hey all,
got one of these and want too hook two heat mats too it for my bar fridge incubator,and have no electrical skills,well very limited,i'm a machinist,not and electrician lol,any help with maybe a wiring diagram would be greatly appreciated............don't want too blow the thing.......
