Won't eat mealworms...

So I bought Gaia this past Thursday and I set up her environment... She is about 1 year old and has only eat crickets her whole life... Now I HATE crickets because they escape and end up keep me up all night- just finally caught the last one two days ago- and I have giant meal worms that I feed my other two big ones... However, when I show them to her, both by hand feeding and when they are left in a bowl, she refuses to go after them...

I'm not too worried about her getting skinny to quickly because the pet store I got her from fed her 5 jumbo crickets daily and she has a huge tail... I was just wondering how I can get her to eat meal worms or if I should try a different feeder- other than roaches because my mom will kill me if they are in the house)...

have you tried superworms? they tend to move around alot more than the mealies do and might make her go after them if she is use to fast moving crickets

Ever since I started feeding silkworms and roaches my leo refuses to eat mealworms. The only way I can get him to take one is if I take tweezers and shake them really fast in front of him.

I'm thinking I might try superworms, even though they gross me out like no other... Maybe she'll eat those instead....
