Worm bedding

Can anyone tell me what the bedding is in the cup of meal worms you buy at PetCo? It looks like wheat germ. Thanks

Im not sure what's in those cups, but I use wheat bran and oatmeal from the feed store, it's like 45 cents a pound.

generally wheat bran.. I take wheat germ supplements daily and they are granule type..

I get mine from a wholesaler and as soon as I get them I put them in a bottom covering layer of Cody's Pro Gutload.
