Hello, i'm getting the Anthelmintic the vet recommended tomorrow. But i'd really like to know what this is. Because he got no idea. Pinworms?

This came out after i gave a betadin bath to the (adult) leopard gecko. Looks like it was good since it helped her to expel these bastards.

She stopped eating (or eating and puking) and loose lot of weight. Still walking around as usual.. Hopefully someone who had this will pass by!

Wow. Pinworm infestation if I ever saw one. Get that sample to any vet and they'll give you the correct wormer. We can also get panacur (fenbendazole) over the counter in the US but I don't know about the UK. If you decide to treat yourself make sure you know how to do the math so you don't horribly overdose them. They only need a couple of drops.

Pinworms are pretty easily transmitted in crickets and some other common feeder insects. I'm often surprised we don't hear about them or treating them more often.
