My opinion is that $30 is not a rehoming fee for those geckos. You would pay close to that for them at retail price. Yes the gecko is worth $30 but what they are asking breaks the craigslists rules and I would consider it a pet sale. If it were joined with a set up then that would be fine.

I understand what you are saying but I am just wondering what morph he is and how much he usually goes for from a breeder

Looks to be a hypo tangerine and as far as how much a breeder usually sells them for.....that all depends on the breeder. Unless you are a highly respected breeder who has awesome genetics, you would be hard pressed to even sell one. You've heard the expression "dime a dozen"? There just isn't any demand for them.
