Would this substrate work?

So, I was looking for some substrate, then I found ground up walnut shells. Is this good for my leos? I don't know what I'd do if they got hurt.:main_huh:

would you like to walk around on ground up walnut shells? If your looking for something pretty to look at go with slate tile, if you want something easy go with paper towels.

I went to Lowe's and picked up a a box of slates, so I'm going again today to pick up some more slates and another heat lamp(mine broke). sometimes i just want to strangle people who say its okay.:rifle:
