1. Go to Tinypic.
2. Upload the image.
3. Type in the SPAM code.
4. Resize it if needed.
5. Copy the IMG code and paste it in the thread box.

That is all.

What you're seeing probably is normal. I'm assuming the holes you are referring to are behind the front legs and not the hind legs... if that's the case then those 'holes' are were the leo stores excess calcium. They can bulge out in pouches when your leo has taken in extra calcium. Nothing to worry about.

It's hard to say about the wrinkles without seeing a picture. It's normal for some wrinkles to be present, especially if the animal is bending, like leos usually do when they walk. Excess wrinkles could be a sign of dehydration, and some leos just have excess loose skin. It isn't very common, and I don't know if it's genetic or the result of incubation fluctuation, but it does happen from time to time. Without a picture it's just too hard to say, we all have a tendency to exaggerate when we're worried about our animals :)

I agree with the above comment, without a picture its hard to tell.
wrinkled skin could also be an indication of dehydration as well, is the gecko drinking regularly??
