Yawning and Scratching Head?

So I have a very healthy Leo that is about 5 months old at 72 grams. The setup is perfect but I've seen some weird things. He is my first one so I might just be freaking out over normal things. The first thing I noticed was he sneezed, I know it could signify a respiratory infection or maybe he was trying to throw up, but he hasn't done it in like 2 months. What I do notice a lot is yawning. Is this normal? I also see that he sometimes scratches his head with his leg, just like a dog. It's quite comedic but I'm worrying it might be an infection or something. So in summary, is yawning and scratching his head normal? Thanks.

Constant yawning is also a sign of a Respiratory Infection. Head scratching sounds like he may be going into shed? I haven't heard of sneezing being a symptom of an RI, but stuck shed in the nose or liquid entering the nose usually entices it. When he yawns, is his saliva stringy in the mouth? or is it bubbling near the edges of the mouth?
