Both my female leopard geckos are well over a year old, yet they're weighing in at 44 and 48 grams. This is pretty much the same weight as they were 8 months ago. I'm feeding them mealworms regularly, I've got a colony set up, but before that it was just pet store worms for a few months, and before that a colony. These leos aren't emaciated, in fact I thought they'd be a bit overweight. Any idea of a way to get them back up to normal weight by this spring? Some other type of food, or some other type of feed for the mealworms? I've also just bought a young one from Scott Smith's All Animal Expo this past week, they said he was 5 months old but I'm pretty sure they were just bullshitting me because he's about 3 inches long. I paid 90 dollars for him... x____x So that little guy could use some fattening up also. Thanks guys.
