Yellow goo on egg

Hi everyone this is my first time incubating gecko eggs :)

My Mack Snow RAPTOR laid 2 eggs one week ago. When I first candled them both of them seems to be fertile.

However, when I checked the eggs yesterday, one of them has yellow gooish jelly-like thing on them and when I candled it the embryo spot seems to be stop growing while the other egg keeps developing. Oh and some strange smell was coming out from the incubating container.

I've now separated both the eggs to their each individual container.

What's your opinion on the yellow jelly stuff on the egg?

I might be not expert of breeding leopard gecko but my guess is probably mold or it's an infertile.
