Yellow headed dwarf gecko

My yellow headed dwarf gecko is black / dark colour why is this ?

There could be quite a few reasons. Are you able to post pictures of the set up, of the animal itself, and/or tell us the temperatures/humidity of which you are keeping it at? Also, is it with any other geckos and whats the diet? It could be anything from improper temperatures, stress of inadequate habitat, stress of a cage mate, improper diet, etc.
