hi would a yellow het giant mate with normals (sorry for wrong topic area)

Nigel is correct. You may have giants though.

Giant x normal makes 50% giant due to the morph being a "codom" trait.

To answer your question, I bred a 120? gram super giant female to a average sized gecko(70 grams) and all was fine.

A Giant is the heterozygous version of the homozygous Super Giant, assuming the genetics are co-dom. Het is not purely the domain of recessive traits. It refers to any trait where only one copy of a gene is present out of two possible copies.

Yes, But what hes implying is a Het of a Het. Which is not possible.
