Yet another question

Hey all,
I've been trying to avoid asking "outcome" questions. But I need a bit of help. We have two mack snow blizzards(1.1) coming to us from 420Geckos (thanks Michael!). If we breed them together we should get mack snow blizzards and mack SS blizzards? Is that all?

Also, if we throw the albino gene into the mix (breeding into the SS blizzards) we will be able to produce ss blazing blizzards? A bit of help would be greatly appreciated. The end result we would want to be SS blazing blizzards. Thanks!

Ok, not the best at genetics, but I'll give it a shot.

In the first pairing (Snow Blizzard x Snow Blizzard) you should get:

25% Super Snow Blizzards
50% Snow Blizzards
25% Blizzards

By then breeding the Mack Super Snow Blizzards to a Blazing Blizzard, you should get:

100% Snow Blizzard Het Blazing

By breeding them together you should get something around a 6.25% chance of getting a Super Snow Blazing Blizzard, a 12% chance of getting a Snow Blazing Blizzard and a 6.25% chance of getting a Blazing Blizzard. There of course will be other combos also.

Cool, awesome! So the chances of getting a SS blazing aren't too bad.

Is there anyway to ID the difference between a snow blizzard and a blizzard?

Yep, Mack Snow Blizzard x Mack Snow Blizzard =

25% Blizzard
50% MS Blizzard
25% SS Blizzard

P.s. Don't forget I said I think they're MS Blizzards, but couldn't guarantee it since they didn't come from a Super...

I would breed the SS blizzard to a SS albino, you'll gett all SS Het Albino, het blizzard.
Breed the hatchling to eachother and you'll get al 12,5 % chance of getting a SS blazing blizzard.

The differance between a Mack snow blizzard and a mack super snow blizzard is very difficult to see btw.
But if you breed a SSblizzard to a SS, you get only SS het blizzard.
With a mack snow blizzard X SS you'll get mack snows and SS both het blizzard

Thanks! Well, a snow blizzard will maybe have two solid eyes but a SS blizzard will have both solid eyes? Because I thought the SS solid eye gene was different then the blizzard solid eye gene.
