Yoshi Bonded

Yay...me and Yoshi just bonded I pulled her out and she sat on my chest with my hands cupped around her making a hide like thing. She sat there for a good 3-4 minutes before I tried to pet her and she kinda freaked. The when my cat came in the room so I didnt want to risk it and I put her back. But there was a moment when she just looked me in the eye, it was cute but also kinda creepy, I think she could take me.

Stay with it and she'll be climbing all over your body before long. I suggest you save the petting thing until she knows you better. That always seems to be the last thing mine accept. Here is a tip.....the main thing that gets them spooking is quick motion into their sight field. Once you have her
touching a part of you....she gets what she wants....Our body temp. is
the ideal temp. they look for.(unless you just came in from the cold)
That's why she will be satisfied to ride awhile....

Yah I figured the only reason she put up with me is because my chest was warmer than her paper towel substrate.
