You saved one! Need a bit more advice regarding recovery though.

A while ago I posted here for help, note these two threads:

Anyways, my gecko's eye looks much better now and ended up having 2 sperm plugs that I was able to remove.

Even with calcium supplements he still lost the ability to move his rear legs for a bit, but is recovering it slowly now. He also bit his own tail while shedding, so he lost about half of it :(

He is regaining movement pretty well in his right rear leg, but his left looks slightly odd and he is not moving his knee joint much at all. To my knowledge he hasn't hurt himself besides biting off his tail and there aren't any major hazards in his tank.

Some images of his legs

His tank:

There is a heatpad under the tank on the left side, surface temp of around 92 Fahrenheit. Cold side temp of 74 Fahrenheit. He generally hangs out under the log, and occasionally goes behind the tree stump thing.

good to hear his eye is doing better but as for the legs i dont know what to tell you as im not a vet.
the squared off joint could be a sign of MBD or could be gout but you won't know until you take him to a vet.
