I picked up this juvenile gecko from a big chain pet store and he ate normally the first couple days. The next day he had a few crickets before regurgitating them shortly after. sense that time he hasn't eaten either his crickets or any mealworms that are left for him in an escape proof dish.

The first few days he was quite active exploring climbing on top of his hides . now The only time he will leave his warm cave is to drink water and to urinate. It looks like to me he has already lost a bit of weight of of his tale.

Sounds like you're doing everything right. Only thing I might change is get rid of the lights. They may be scaring, stressing or overheating him. I find they're really not necessary if your UTH is keeping the floor at 90 on one side and your house temp isn't under 65 degrees.

There's a chance you have a sick gecko but I think it may be more likely that he's just settling in. If he's pooping then he's eating or digesting something. I'd leave a small escape-proof bowl of mealworms in the tank and count how many you put in (10 is usually a good number) and then see if they are all there in the morning. It's not dangerous or uncommon for them to go 2-3 days without food. More than 5 or 6 and I would start to worry.

Fingers crossed he's just a bit nervous about his new home!
