Zoo Med's Leopard Gecko Food

Has anyone used this? It's a container of dried up tiny flies. You add water to them and it releases this funky smell. Our female despises it, but the male seems to like it okay, he ate a bit off a spoon.

Yeah, we have crickets we use, but my brother wanted to try this stuff.

Leopard geckos take one sniff at dead food and then look at you as if they're thinking, "what are you, an idiot? I won't eat dead stuff!" In fact, I don't know of anything, other than maybe a scavenging insect like a millipede or maybe fish, that will eat those freeze/dried insects.

Oooooh, riiiiiight, forgot the whole vegetarian thing. Haha! Thanks for the correction, although I don't even think a centipede would eat freezed dried insects!

I feed them these worms that are "cooked" in between the times that we don't have crickets. We're switching back from worms to crickets because the worms are crap for keeping fresh.
