Here is a female from our 2012 cross of Lucky, our best Zorro Bandit, and Tangerine male, Mandarin. In this cross, it takes 2 generations to get the desired result, a Zorro Mandarin Bandit with face mask and nice bold markings (they act like hets). We are producing those now.

As you can see, even in this first gen, they look good. Super jet black bold markings and nice golden orange color from Mandarin. One of the females turned out to be a Super Giant, and is 110g at 8 months and still growing! We are really excited about this new line. We held back 3 females so we should get a fair amount of eggs this year.

We can't wait to see their babies...Ron T has done this cross and says the second gen is when you really see the desired result. Based on how the first gen looks we're pretty psyched. This pic doesn't even do them justice. Their markings are the boldest markings we've ever seen on a leo. If they get better in this next gen we're in for some pretty cool looking geckos. The combo of the Zorro and Mandarin genes was a no brainer to do.

We bred our third female of this cross tonight. Lucky laid 14 good eggs in her first season. If her daughters are as prolific we should get a good crop of these this year. Very beautiful and unique gecko. We'll continue to refine this new line...
