Okay so some of you know that this is my first season breeding and my male Toklo, is growing fast. He is 36 grams and I will let him get to 45 grams. I am housing my 2 females in two seperate tubs. Switching Toklo between when I notice gestation in the female. Any other tips or suggestions? thanks i appreciate your help.

My suggestion is to wait until he is bigger than 45 grams, or until he is a year old.
