Hahaha! Well, there is a HUGE HUGE HUUUUGE difference between a show quality rottweiler and poorly bred backyard rottweiler with a pinhead... which I hate by they way! LOL. How old is the puppy? she is 6 1/2 months old. And I show dogs too... and I absolutely love rottweilers! <3

I'm well aware there is a difference between a show quality dog, and a pet quality dog, but BOTH could be from a reputable breeder. It desn't mean it's from a back yard breeder just because it isn't conformed to standard. I've worked with dogs for 17 years. You show dogs too huh... really keep busy don't cha. What kennels have you worked for? Are you familiar with Redyre Rottweilers?

No, I'm not familiar with that kennel. and yes, I keep busy. I have been showing dogs for 10 years. I haven't worked for many. I have worked with some professional handlers. I live in arizona. I don't think you would know the people that I know. Do you show? If you do, do you go to any california dog shows? I have worked for a guy and his wife who own, show, breed, groom and board dogs. And I have worked for 3 other handlers. Do you know about a Gabriel. He is a really really big guy and shows small dogs like westies.
Oh, haha I am also going to get my rottie her canine good citizenship certificate so I can do therapy work too.

No I don't show I do animal behavior work. I fix the animals others screw up. I work mainly with rescues and shelter groups with their behavior problem dogs to make them adoptable or I'm the final word they look for in deciding to euth a dog because of behavioral issues. You've been showing for 10 years so since you were 7? Must have been 4-H because the AKC says you can't do junior showmanship until a person is 9 so you didn't show in any AKC sanctioned events.

Why doesn't is surprise me your rott is a female... when do you plan on breeding her?

Yes, I was showing in matches, and shows and such. I have never shown in juniors. And I do not plan on breeding her. and I am kind of offended that you would even say what you did. There is such a high overpopulation of dogs I don't want to breed her. Do you want to know why we got a female? I will tell you: We got a female because they are smaller than males, we live in a small-ish house. I wanted a male but the breeding that I wanted to get from only had females and when I saw her I fell in love! Females are also good with little kids, which we have in the house. I have not even thought of breeding her. And if I was going to breed her, which I'm not, she would be over a year and 10 months old and she would have to pass all of the tests, eyes, hips, heart, elbows. But no, I am not breeding her. I have her so I can make children happy by bringing her to childrens hospitals for therapy work and I have her to show because I love showing and I love her. So, that is why we got a female.
I do not want this to blow up into a huge fight. So I don't want to talk about the dog stuff anymore.

Hahah ok! I will try to take as many as possible. And I will try to do vids. I am so excited. I have been waiting for this show to come around for a year! LOL! And it makes me so much more excited to know that I am getting this awesome breeding pair of leos! as well as a super snow tremper! :)

There are Soooooo many cali shows! just look up claifornia reptile shows or expos and you will find them. There are two really good breeders that I know of from there also. And they are who I am getting the leos from! :)
