Target, Rite Aid, Home Depot, Lowe's, the Container Store, and etc...

As for rough prices, I know Rite Aid was the cheapest and about $4 when they were on sale.

Check Big Lots, they sell Rubbermaid and Sterilite very cheap!

I also get mine at Big Lots. They always have about 50 16qt sterilite tubs in stock for 3.50.
