OK, I know a lot of people post how there leos don't breed right off the bat. My problem is with 2 females now 2-3 years old, one is a blizzard female other is a SS female. I want to know are there females that just don't mate? I have done paper towel trick, cooled down tank off season, put in a female that was ovulating with the girls that don't like boys. I just cant think what else to do any ideas... Just leave the boy in cage for a full month? Any feed back would be great!

Do they ignore the boys or are they aggressive? If they ignore them, I'd leave the males in the cage for a couple of weeks. I keep my breeding colonies together and have had a number of babies from colonies where I never saw the male mate with the female. If she's being aggressive, you may need to wait for ovulation (if that's the problem). Last season I had a female that I got supposedly already gravid. She did lay 2 clutches but they were infertile and I think the original male was too young. I tried putting my male in with her but she was very aggressive. Finally I got her when she'd just laid her eggs and she cooperated, resulting in 5 live hatches.

Just wait till they ovulate I have been impatient this year I really wanted to get things started but I just had to wait I am still waiting on 4 of my females but now the way I see it is it will be easier this way separate my season it will be a little less stress on my workload and my roach populations :)

The girls fight back. I wouldn't say aggressive more like defensive. I have found a few females excepting of my boys. But i REALLY want my blizzard girl to ovulate i have a wonderful huge blizzard boy for her to meet!

If the male backs off and no one gets hurt, you may want to consider leaving them together for longer. Otherwise, I guess you'll have to wait a week or so and try again.

I have heard of that "hot females" however I have no clue weather or not my girls are (acquired from breeders). Would be some bummed if they are :(

If you got them from a breeder then I'd say they aren't. Hot females are more for corporate pet stores because they incubate faster for more turn around. A breeder like myself will incubate for females at a lower temp, which is why they can cost more. I would give them treats to lower the stress. Nobody can make whoopie when they are freaked out.
