I just adopted a 6 year old female leopard gecko. I housed her with my 7 year old other female. they fought the first encounter but I repositioned everything, cleaned the tank with disinfectant, and made sure everything was different.

They've been in there for a few hours without a fight breaking out, exploring and wandering around the new place. I'm concerned that they might not eat due to the stress from change of environment... how long should I wait before it becomes a concern?

Ideally you should quarantine a new gecko from any other gecko for at least a month, but I guess that horse is already out of the barn. At this point, if they're not bothering each other, you could either feed one in a separate enclosure, or feed them together and keep track of who seems to be eating. Another solution would be to put the new one in her own enclosure for awhile to accomplish the quarantine (somewhat late) and to give her a chance to settle in and eat before subjecting her to the stress of a new location and a cage mate as well. Good luck with them.
