2ND floor with heat

I plan on putting my 2 females together eventually and to give them more room I built a second level and added heat. Thanks to Aliza for the idea of the heat. The cool thing is I cleaned Lilly's tank yesterday and changed it around afterward, and this morning I found her hanging up on the tile checking things out, so she seems to like it.

What did you use there for the pillars for the 2nd floor?

They are wooden dowels that I painted with stone spray paint and sealed with mod podge. The tough part was drilling holes in the tile to hold them in place.

I've put a second story in two of my leo's tanks and neither of them ever used it. Maybe if it was heated they'd like it more.

I used a small exo terra UTH. it is taped under top tile. I really didnt think my lazy geckos would go up there but she is up there a lot. Thanks for the compliment.
