So what are you doing for a humidity hide? I have been thinking about doing my own custom set-up, but I'm also a little hesitate... How tough is the climbing wall to clean?

OK...Like I said...I was planning on doing this, and now Im REALLY planning it. Looking back at the process again...how exactly did you apply the grout? Paintbrush or some other utensil? And how did you get the area behind the background black? Did you pull it out and paint it black or use black silicone? Or is the paint on the outside? If it's paint, what type laytex?

as far as applying the grout, i used the super cheap lil 3in. foam paintbrushes, as well as some good ol' finger action.
the black-out was initially masked & spray-painted. but when i pulled the masking tape off some of the paint peeled away. so i took some of my girlfriend's acrylic paint and filled in the missing spots. honestly, i'd skip the spray paint and just use acrylic.

That is an awesome Viv! I have only had my Leo for about 5 days now, but since finding this site and seeing the things people come up with I've become a bit obsessed! I'm actually waiting to determine if my Leo is a male or female so I can find out if I can get more.

I did have a question. The red bulbs you are using, are they some special red CFL or are they basic red "party lights" you can buy anywhere.

so dope, and like others mentioned, nice old bug in the garage. :main_thumbsup:

I may have to try this... when I have the space and funds for awesomeness of epic proportion.
