I have 20 gallon long that I'll be using for when they're babies but when it gets bigger, I have a 67 gallon tall tank that i was wondering if i should use or sell it and buy a 40 gallon long off of craigslist. The 67 gallon is 36" long, 15" wide and 29" tall. The 40 gallon is 36" long, 18" wide and 16" tall. I'd like to make a background that they can climb up and hang out on with little caves to hide in, and the 67 gal. would do great, but i feel like they wouldnt have enough ground space. What do you guys think i should do?

Most likely two. I've seen them climb quite high, and succeeding very well also, but i know they like their floor space.

I guess it depends on how sure you are about the background. You wouldn't be losing all that much floor space, and you'd be making up for it in climbing space (which they certainly would use) if you were sure you were gonna do it.

Oh yeah, i am definately making a background, no matter where they get put. And i have an idea to increase floor space. What if i were to take 2 inch PVC attachments, and make a raised melamine floor, like a false bottom, and cut some holes around the melamine with hides over them so they can go underneath the ground? I'm not really sure, just thinking of possibilites.
