I'm a little concerned, I have been able to stabilize the heat at 92 on the hot side, but on the cool side it's 75... that doesn't seem right? Is that a bad temp? Is there anything I can do to help heat up the cool side a bit more like closer to above 80? I already have a "30-40 gallon" UTH in my 20 gallon PLUS a tiny little crab cage UTH on my 2nd level to help add a little heat to my top level... I'm guessing it's most likely the rock wall... should i even be worried about the 75 cool side?

75 is fine for the cool side thats usually what mine is 75 to 80 at the highest on the cool side. If you have it any hotter than that it will be difficult for the gecko to be able to cool down.

Yes, 75 is fine...you really just want it to be at room temperature on the cool side. Just as long as it's not too cold your geckos should be fine.
