I purchased my first leo about a month ago l am a little confused on his morph, if thats even what he is. When I bought him I got him from the local pet store who told me he was a normal and that his stripe would go away. Then I talked to a friend of mine who used to breed geckos and he said it was a bold stripe. And just the other day I talked to someone who breeds leos and he said its a reverse stripe. Can anyone explain the difference between a reverse stripe and a bold stripe and maybe even the other stripe? And can anyone tell me what he is? Here are a few pics. The first day I got him

Stripe: markings that go from head to tail, rather than the usual bands that go from side to side. There will usually be background (yellow) color down the center of the back with dark colored stripes on either side. These dark stripes may fade entirely or become spots

Bold stripe: The dark stripes on either side of the back stay dark, either as a long band or as a connected series of spots

Reverse stripe: Instead of there being yellow down the center of the back with dark stripes on either side, the dark stripe is down the center of the back

So, your gecko is definitely a stripe (not a reverse stripe) and depending on what happends to the black markings on the side, may also be a bold stripe.
