I just got my first Crested Gecko today at Repticon. Man that show was cool, it was my first show too. When he calms down some Ill take pics. He is a Orange Dalmation, and my grandfather got a Flame.

Looks like he may have shedding problems. Or it's just the picture... :-\ I see retained shed on his head, back leg, and tail. Usually they shed all at once. What size tub is that? It looks a little cramped for him.

If I ever get my girl a boyfriend, I'll likely get her a dalmation.

Yea, that tub is definately way too small. I use the same tub for small juvies. And I would watch his tail, cant tell if it's kinked but he does have floppy tail.

weah his tail is kinked. He is sheding good now. I was told by the breeder that I got him from that a 20qt was fine for him. It is especially ok for my grandfathers because he is still small. THe breeder was Danielle Fields Geckos

That explains a lot. Check fauna is all i have to say about the seller;)
It's probably not going to help but I would contact the person and ask for a replacement.

That gecko probably should not have been sold at all. If the tail is not kined very bad you may be able to fix it. Stay with crested gecko diet only (no baby food, fruit) and add a little extra calcium a couple times a week and it may straighten up. Kinked tails can be the start of MBD from a bad diet and you really dont want a gecko with MBD.

The floppy tail will never go away though but it's not that big of a problem. They usually get it from hanging upside down.

The only problem with the size of the tub is that they walk and jump around at night and he doesnt have enough room to do any of it.

Definitely agree with everything Eric said. Ha.

20 gallon is bare minimum, but the minimum is still different per gecko. Try to find a larger tub, or invest in an aquarium. 66 Quart tubs are pretty cheap, and it'd allow you plenty of decorating and leave tons of room for him to climb and roam.
