I am buying a group of Leos that have been mated. 1M, 2F. one of the females is about to lay her eggs. While I am gearing up to breed, (I have 10 geckos already) I do not have an incubator yet and do not have the funds to get one. Anyone have any suggestions. Also since Im still learning and wanted to ask. do they keep laying eggs throughout the season after mating only once or do they need to be paired after each set of eggs?

Welcome to GF. To answer your questions:
--the eggs need to incubate in a place where they can remain at a steady temperature (less than 2 degrees fluctuation) with high humidity. The humidity can be maintained by putting them in a sealed container with moist substrate (and opening it weekly for air exchange). Obviously the best way to maintain these requirements is with an incubator, but people also: find a place in their house that meets the requirements, incubate in the cage on the hot side, build their own incubator (google). One other thing to be aware of is that if you don't have the funds for an incubator, you potentially won't have the funds for housing and feeding babies and for taking them to the vet if there are problems during the breeding process.

Leopard geckos store sperm so they will lay multiple clutches of eggs (I can't tell you how many) after only 1 mating

Do you have a ten gallon aquarium your not using? You could make your own incubator. 2 bricks, 1 under water fish heater, one plastic shoe box, vermiculite, and a plexiglass top.

Thank you guys. I have extra tanks I can use. So that may be the best short term solution. I have a friend that works for Bob Clark, he might have an extra incubator that I can use or space in one of his. Wasn't planning on breeding until next year so that I could gather everything I need. Plus the ones I already have wont be big enough until next year. These two just fell into my lap and happen to have been bred already.
