So heres the deal, my uncle want's to give me his Adult male ball with 50 gal. heat light, stand, the works. Here's the catch, it's eating live mice. I would much rather be feeding him F/T because it's much more convenient for me. (plus general safety issues) Now to the question. what are some quick ways to get an adult ball (if conceivably possible) to swith over to F/T?

Well One, toss the Heat Lamp and get a UTH. And I would definitely try to feed him at night, also make sure he has as many Hides as possible. But to be honest if he has been feeding on Live his entire life, I wouldn't be 100% Set him ever feeding on F/T. I mean its possible but for the most part Ball Pythons eat Live.
I would take the rodent that you plan on feeding to him and heat it up a little bit under the light or on a heat pad and then offer it to him using tongs. Hold its steady and if it doesnt take it move it around a little. It he refuses try again about 3-4 days later. If he doesnt switch feed him live every other week or so instead of every week. Give it some time and dont try everyday the snake will probably just get annoyed and not feel secure.
