So if this 3rd clutch is infertile how soon do i put my male in the cage again? I don't want to miss out on last clutch.

I put him in a few days after the eggs are laid, before the new clutch has a chance to develop much.
So if your first and second clutch were infertile, and she just laid her third, i'd put them together again. They'll likely mate regardless of whether she has viable sperm stored or not, but it will stress her out. Be gentle and nice with her afterwards and give her some waxies for being such a good sport
