Well I have an absurd question thats probaly going to get me laughed at but here goes. I've had Leonard since December and when I got him he was an adult gecko already so it was apparent he was a male. This is my first gecko so I have many questions most of which everyone on this forum has been very helpful with. I didn't measure him and frankly I'm not sure how so I don't know if he's grown any of not, I think he has. But anyway on to the dumb question lately I've been noticing his man area looks large, he used to could lay flat and you couldn't notice it now it's very noticable it almost looks swollen. Is this a normal occurance with a growing gecko or should I be concerned. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'd say he is gettin to that age when he wants some "lovin" and it starting to get to the mature side of life. In simple terms he is like a boy turning into a teenager and his gonads are dropping. The older and bigger my males got the more you know they are males because they got "Bigger", lol!

Its hard to keep that conversations from sounding like sex conversation, gotta keep it clean, lol!

It could be normal or it could be an infection. I would get some pics up to be sure..
