Air Pocket Under Arm?

I took my male out for a night in with the female and I noticed he had an bulge behind his left arm. It looks like a air pocket, anyone know whats wrong with him?

It's probably a fat pocket. Lots of the time when Leos get a little extra weight on them they get these "fat pockets" under their front arms. It's nothing to worry about if that's what it is.
Do you have any pics of her?

It's called a calcium sack, it's just where they store extra calcium. It helps females a lot during breeding. There good for the gecko no worries, if you don't want them reduce dusting for a few weeks and they'll go away.

NO it was my male that did this, not the female.

Same thing, if you don't like them reduce dusting. I have a 51 gram female that has them, 51 grams is no where close to fat. So I can garuntee it's storing extra calcium.

Ours do eat a lot of calcium, so much that their poop looks like pure calcium sometimes
