Albino Black Snake Eyes???

I hatched a few trempers at 79 -80 degrees this season with red eyes at birth, including snake eyed mack trempers
Paul--I'd bet those ones you hatched had abnormally light eyes because of the Mack gene in there--Mack snow acts as an adjuvant when combined with certain other "genes". If you got the time, I'd really like to see a pic of that super dark albino you just hatched--my darkest look almost non-albino, too :)

Brian, If you dont mind what temp was that one cooked at? Two pics it looks albino but that number two pic looks like a tang. Just curious.

Tomorrow I will post new pics.
He was incubated 78'8ºF one month and 3 weeks at 89'6ºF.
I have a problem with terrarium spot so he was until last saturday at 82'4ºF (he looks dark for this).
Now he is at 89ºF.

Trempers really should be kept higher than 90dg. to prevent this, and "lock in" the lighter colors they hatch out with. Your problem with the temperatures caused him to turn darker. It happens, sometimes.;)
