Alife Thermostat for incubator

I want to build a cooler incubator. Does anyone use an Alife or similar thermostat for them??

To me alife thermostats don't keep the tempurature constant enought to use for a incubator. I used one recently on my hovabator and it fluctuated 5 to 7 degrees. It will work for a tank but i don't think they are consistant enought for a incubator. I use the waffer on it and now it stays within 1.5 degrees of the setting. If you build a cooler incubator i would get a dimmer or i would get a proportional thermostat. Go either the cheap way with a dimmer or go exspensive.
