My parents were very upset when I showed them my first tattoo. I am now 32 and my mother still to this day tells me she hates them and that I never should have gotten them. She thinks that girls shouldn't have them, she thinks it's not very feminine

you'd think they'd give it up after a while.

people call my dad a unfit parent for letting me and ian get away with stuff like tattoos. I guess some people just think its unethical.

My parents did not really care. I guess they knew it was coming since I married a tattoo artist. :main_laugh: My mom actually wants to get one but is too scared.

pain tollerance depends on the person. My cartilage piercing was 10 times more painful than any on my tatoos. The ones right on my wrist bones didn't even hurt that bad.:bandana:
