Alrite so i am goin to the Vet but who need to go with me.

Ok i have three geckos, Lode Runner,Bayou,Stella.

Now when i recieved these animals they were improperly cared for they all lived in the same tank. I have never cared for any herps before. They are my first group of animals. Now i know Stella needs to go, she is the smallest and has her own place with proper temps. She has expierienced no weight gain and continues to show little sign of improvement im assuming she has sumthing internal going on. Here is her pic.Bayou and lode live together and bayou is slightly smaller. but they seem to get along fine and eat the superworms at the same time. and also hunt crickets

Now my ? is should bayou and lode runner go to here are they pics.

also i was keeping them on walnut shell i since learned this was not a good idea there now on sand and seem to b doing great

I can only see the Lode Runner pic.
There's a lot of debate on the substrate issue, but sand has been generally ruled out as a bad thing, for the same reasons as wallnut shell. The geckos will inadvertantly eat some of the sand when catching their food, which will get stuck in the stomach ... impaction.
Take a look about the forums, look at the "Housing" forum, there's a lot of info and handy tips in there.

Def. get rid of the sand, you want to switch to paper towels, newpaper, tile, repti-carpet or shelf liner. This could be the reason stella is so small, she may be impacted

See what the cost is to bring 3 geckos rather than 1 to the vet. If it's not much more, you may as well bring all 3 and get them checked out. If you can't afford it (and I"m saying this only because the other 2 sound as if they're doing well), bring Stella with a poop sample if you can. If it turns out she has an infection or parasites, tell the vet about the other 2 (if you can get weights it would be good) because you'll probably have to treat all 3 since they were together.

well i have carpet i can put them back on that is two layers enough to keep them from the uth?

Measure the temps and see. It would depend on a lot of factors.

i only need one layer with my uth but just measure the floor temps, not the air temps

Floor temps are the most important.
Leo's don't "bask", they're nocturnal ... so you need a good floor level heat which aids them in their food digestion.

(Im not an expert though, so don't quote me on that ... wait for a more informed response)

well i have thermostats on there cages i keep in 92-96 range and I think that stella has some kind of parasite her tail is extremely skinny and she eats well but doesnt gain any weight because of her small size she is kept on carpet the other two are now on sand however bayou's tail has not gained any fat but she doesnt look sickly. I read in the Herpetoculture of Leopard Geckos that these things could be a sign of crypto. And if they have it will i have to put them all to sleep. If i have to i will but i a 21 yr old man will ball like a baby.

One of my Leo's has a really skinny tail, so I took her to the vet ... the vet just said she was fine, had plenty of energy, was inquisitive, bright eyed.

He suggested she was just a small gecko, and wouldn't eat as much because she was small.
That's not an excuse to not take Stella to the vet, but it could be that there isn't anything to worry about, better to be safe than sorry though.

Stella isnt small though shes not even over 5 inches and she has a pencil tail. It ok ive postponed our vet trip till pay day as the black swelling which is what prompted me into wanting to take her as subsided but i will take them and get them checked out.
