Always hungry????

Hey guys i have a gecko almost 1 year weighs 56 grams and she always comes out to eat everynight to her bowl. And i thought they know when they are full or not and after 50 grams not to feed them everyday. I just feel bad she looks at me like where where the .... is my food hahah

Mine stare at me constantly but if I fed them as much as they wanted they'd be blimps! I feed 2-3x a week - about 20-30 mealworms per week or the equivalent and weigh them to make sure they're not gaining or losing and adjust accordingly. I've never had any geckos lose weight on that diet but some still gain weight on it...haha

Hahaha okay that makes me feel better i will most definitely do that. Mine i had have been pupating like crazy nd i dont want to breed is it okay to feed one to her? Also she weighs 56 but looks smaller then everyone else LG i see.

I have a female that stares at me right after she eats about 20 mealworms. But she's only 44 grams and im trying to get her up to size for next year breeding season. But its pretty up to you if you want to feed her son more . But I recommend to feed 2-3x a week.
