Hey. My leo moved into a 12x12x12 exo today. I just wanted to make sure he is all set. I have a heat mat for heating. He has slate tile substrate. Exo cave for dry hide and coconut with sphagnum for moist. (He had complete shed today no issues ) He has some fake plants and such to climb on.

At this size, the 12x12x12 is probably OK, though it's so short on floor space that it's hard to get a good heat gradient (where one side is hot and the other cold --there's no room to really get that temp change). Your enclosure is 144 sq. in. in floor space, while a 10 gallon tank, minimum usually recommended for a leopard gecko is 200 sq. in. Otherwise, you seem to have everything you need.
