I haven't seen as much anime compared to most, but Mike and I have always loved Vampire Hunter D, Akira, Ghost in the Shell, DBZ, and Sailor Moon..

Amber is going to broaden our anime horizons one of these days ;)

Coolio my OLD thread got bumped!

I liked Elfen Lied quite a bit, but it's pretty graphic so I wouldn't recommend it to everyone... I'm liking Code Geass too... Watched ep. 19 of the second season today and it left me urning for next weeks ep...

So what am I liking since I originally posted this?

- Gintama [slapstick/parody at it's best]
- Gundam OO [can't wait 'til it picks up again in Oct.]
- Macross Frontier [WOW must be seen in HD]
- Blassreiter [too much cg at times, but still a fav]
- Nabari no Ou [ninjas baby yeah]
- Soul Eater [shinigami action]
- Kaiji [way different than anything I've seen]

Lots of other stuff too... I try to watch all the new series for at least 5 eps... If I don't like it in 5 eps. it goes in the ''Wait 'til it's over'' file... LOL... I have stuff going back 4 years that I plan to give a second shot... Ahhhh I'll be in my 30's by the time I get caught up...

I want to mention an old one that I really, really like --- Slam Dunk by Inoue Takehino. I read it during my high school years (urg...that's like 15 years ago...:main_rolleyes: ). This one and DBZ is what got me into all the Japanese stuff. I recommend it to everyone!

I am a huge anime and manga fan.

My collection would take annoyingly long to list. I may do this at a later time if my schedule allows.
