I got this teeny little girl (I'm leaning female for some reason) from a VERY unfortunate situation yesterday...one she was bound to not have survived in for much longer. She's VERY dehydrated, emaciated, and needs to shed (not to mention all the stuck shed I got off her yesterday).

She's a sweetie, a little flighty, but she'll do just fine with some TLC. Last night I soaked her for a bit, then fed her some slurry and threw some pinheads in with her. This morning there was a tiny BM, so at least I know that is working correctly.

Hopefully I can turn her around, she's a cutie pie - not quite sure as to what she is morph wise...she did not have sufficient heat, and could be stunted due to lack of food. I'm going to wait for her colors to change after this shed to make a prediction :)

The pics aren't great, I didn't want to stress her even more...

Nick, you wouldn't say that if I could tell you where she came from. It's too long (and touchy) of a story to get into!

She is either a Bell or Tremper...I assume her light coloring comes from being off heat. We'll see in the days to come though :)

I wish you all the luck with her. She definitely looks like a little bell to me, and I think her "white" will yellow out once she gets a little more comfortable and healthy.

Her little eyes are so stunning.

Again, I wish you all the best with her. I'm sure she'll make it just like Clarke pulled through for you.

;) You definitely have a gift for helping these little ones.

Thanks Hannah :)

She looks like a Bell to me too, although I've never hatched out a Tremper or a Bell lol. I don't know WHY she looks like a Bell, but she does. We shall see though!

Awwwwww!!! These little babies are so special, and I have a really good feeling about her/his rehabilitation in your hands, Heather! Please keep us posted on this little darling's progress, and take lots of pictures. You may just have a wee little Bell there!

(That last pic should be the 'poster-child' for the slurry!)

Lol, thanks Marcia...I sure hope these hands are capable!

Feel free to take that picture and crop it and use it for your slurry recipe! lol. I'm SO very glad to have it as a back up in situations like this. I want to get her off it ASAP, and onto live feeders, but she's so little I want to make sure she's plenty hydrated, and at least started out well.

Very pretty gecko, no clue on morph though. I am not an expert, and definitely not good at babies. Love the pictures, especially the last (not to sound like dejavu, because everyone has said that). The red eyes are amazingly amazing!
And I wish you the best of luck, although I doubt you will have any problem. As it sounds you have great time and care for your geckos.
It must feel great to save these near dead geckos :D
