I know its an Enigma not sure if it is Mack Snow or Tremper what do you think?

it's not a tremper albino because it's got black spots.
you'll have to probably breed it to find out if it's a mack for certain or just a light enigma

I agree, albinos cannot synthesize black pigment. Looks more like a regular Enigma to me, but the only way to truly know is to know what the parents are, or to breed the gecko.
