Any ideas?

I know it's still really small, but wanted to see peoples ideas. Also if you know any posts that might show adults of this feller that would be sweet. I've been keeping my eye out just haven't scanned across any. Also is there any health issues with him/her being albino?

No health issues although he may be sensitive to the light. He looks like a Tremper albino and if you google image "tremper albino leopard gecko" you'll see plenty of pictures.
