Any way to guess what she'll look like as an adult?

Because I'm impatient. :main_yes:

I rescued mom and dad from a bad situation where they were housed together and bred at less than a year old. Mom was in really sorry state and had been laying all summer. (I immediately separated them.) The first set of eggs she gave me were duds, but the second set looked good and a friend lent me an incubator, so on a whim I tried it. One egg shriveled and I honestly never expected the other to hatch. Or if it did, I was expecting something deformed because of mom's nutritional deficiencies. I was wrong!

Anyways, just wondering if there was any way to tell possibilities this early? Dad is from a pet shop, mom is from a reptile show. I don't think either are 'special' but I'm curious to know if there's any way to tell what the baby will look like when it's older. I am keeping her and her mom as pets. Dad has a pet-only home lined up.

Dad (High Yellow? He had solid black spots on his back when I got him in August but they've been fading with every shed!):

In my opinion the parents look pretty similar to each other except that "Mom" is more tangerine. The hatchling looks as if it has the beginnings of a tang cast to it, so I'd say chances are it will look like Mom. You'll still have to wait to be sure!
