Anybody have particularly strong views on governmental paternalism-wanna help me out?

For my final in my social ethics class, we're to do a group presentation. My group decided they wanted to do 5 minute skits illustrating their paper topics to introduce their part of the presentation. And this seems to work for everyone--but me! Our overall discussion topic is governmental paternalism and my specific topic is the necessity of government-issued health insurance in the US (basic socialism concept..tax everyone to help everyone)

Does anyone have ANY ideas about how I could turn this into a quick skit? Or how I could introduce the topic with a quick skit? I'm stumped..and this really sucks..
