Anyone got a picture of...

the very early stage of eggs forming in the belly? I put my male with my female for 5 nights already. I see scratch/bite marks all over my female (both got a small bruise near the eye too); but I want to make sure they have successfully mated before I separate them. I checked my female's belly last night; before I put them together, I only see one pink spot. Now there are 3-4 follicles in her belly. Could this be a sign that eggs are starting to form?

if they have marks then they have probably mated. personally i wouldnt wait to see eggs before seperating them as there is nothing to say she will form the eggs right away.
if you see follicles and pink spots then seperate them, and re introduce them in a week or so if nothing begins to grow.

Ok, I'll give them one more night, then I'll put Marly back to his home. They are like invisible to each other for a couple days already.

what do you mean about a few follicles??
I've never heard of that term before
