Is an APTOR just a RAPTOR with out ruby eyes? That's kind of what I thought but am not 100 percent sure. Just wondering because I'm looking for a male breeder to go with some raptor het females that I have and think I found some APTOR het RAPTOR breeders that I could use.

Yes, a Raptor is essentially just a "super" Aptor...you just get slightly more Raptors when you breed Raptor to Raptor. Get a Raptor male--snake or solid--it doesn't make a difference--that will dramatically increase your odds, versus using a "het" Raptor male...

So then what do you get when you breed an APTOR het RAPTOR male with a Hypo het RAPTOR and a SH het RAPTOR?

You should get geckos of all known patterns, with some hypo influence (if the hypo is the dominant type). Any project involving the (r)aptor code is going to produce incredible variation--you'll get jungle/stripe/reverse stripe/patternless stripe(aptor) geckos, in both albino an normal form. If you're lucky, you might get a Raptor or 2, but they don't come that easy when niether parent is actually expressing the eye trait. You'd have much better chances breeding an actual raptor to hets...
