I was recently reminded of a question I asked myself a while ago when I read a good question on another thread.
Are there any studies out there that study whether or not heterozygous genes can be matched to homozygous genes with offspring?
For example.
I paired a W&Y to a SHTCTB.
The W&Y I hatched were patterned W&Y, and then I also hatched SHTCTB without the W&Y in them.
Or say...
Pair a Mack Snow het Tremper to a Normal and the Mack Snows that hatched would be het Tremper while the Normals were not.
Make sense?
